### Tzong Her Lee Actuarial Director Prior to joining Kettle, Tzong Her was the Senior Manager for the Corporate Actuarial team at Root Insurance, where he led initiatives in traditional reserving techniques, developed an individual loss claims reserving model, and contributed to reinsurance strategy, capital modeling for enterprise risk management (ERM), and financial forecasting. He also brings experience from the P&C consulting space, where he supported clients across multiple lines of business and worked with catastrophe modeling, primarily focused on severe convective storms. Tzong Her holds a B.S. degree in Actuarial Science and is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS). Outside of work, he is a food enthusiast and enjoys traveling.
